Niko Douwes, Aaron Lind, Hobs Hobotus and Christine Moonbeam are teaming up to bring you a mega fun and exciting weekend of training high level acrobatics skills. You’re invited to join these 4 experienced and internationally renowned teachers for 18 hours of training time! We’ll be offering group acro classes, hand to hand, icarian, pitching, tossing the flyer from one base to another, and much more! We’ll have access to a spotting belt, crash mats and spotting blocks to keep us safe as we push our skills further. LIFT Fundamentals Immersion in Denver (Part 1)

The LIFT Fundamentals Immersion is a 5 day, 30 hour training for students brand new to partner acrobatics, more advanced students looking to improve their skills at a basic level, and teachers looking for a walk-through of skills and techniques to offer to their students. The content includes a set of 45 skills for raw beginners, intermediate beginners, and advanced beginners, and offers a range of L-Base (supine base) and standing acro at each level. This event will be assisted by Birmingham's very own LIFT teachers Sarah Kat Acro and Andrew Tynes of The Acro Climbers. Get ready for 15 hours full of acro training and fun! LIFT Intermediate Immersion in Denver (Part 2)

The Intermediate Immersion is a 5-day, 30 hour training for students who are ready to play and take the acrobatics practice to the next level! During the immersion, students will be introduced to intermediate level L-Basing washing machines, two points of contact popping, Icarian, standing acrobatics, solo tumbling, and handstand skills building on the previous immersion. Level-appropriate standing acrobatic skills including counterbalances, lifts, and preparatory elements for standing hand to hand and foot to hand skills will also be a component of training each day. The Advanced Immersion is 30 hours over 5 action-packed days of acro! The course includes a variety of advanced handstand training, L-Basing Icarian Games skills, whips, pops, hand to hand skills. It also includes a robust  set of standing acro skills including lifts, dynamic mounts and dismounts to and from two-high, standing foot to hand, and hand to hand. This immersion is for students that have mastered fundamental skills and are looking for more difficult material leading towards performance and high-level skills.  Partners are strongly reccomended but not required!
